The list can also be based on region or identity federation (SWAMID or UK Federation) on some platforms. Select Karolinska Institutet in a drop-down list of institutions. If there are several options - select "institutional login" or similar. Look for a link to log in at the top right. The function is usually called "Institutional login", "Access through your institution" or similar.
